Delivery Information

We deliver using a 3.5t tipping truck, please insure you have adequate access to where you would like the logs tipped or bag placed. We require the gateway/driveway to be at least 8ft wide for our truck to pass through. Please make sure any vehicles that could obstruct our vehicle are moved prior to delivery.

Delivery Times- Deliveries run between 8:30am - 5pm if you wish to know a rough time of arrival please call the delivery phone 07876257593 on the day of your delivery.

Weather- Deliveries cannot be changed on the day due to the weather conditions, logs will be covered and kept dry on the delivery truck, once tipped if nobody is home please leave out a cover and the driver will cover them over.

We do not offer a stacking service.

Please note any cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to scheduled delivery.

In our busiest months (winter) waiting times may increase.
